Service agreement

This is the deal between your painting company ("you") and The Painter SEO Company ("we" or "us"). We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
What you get
- A custom website built for your business, on your own domain.
- Hosting and security for that website.
- Local SEO, so you show up when people near you search for a painter.
- Work on your Google Business Profile (your listing on Google Maps).
- On-page and technical SEO.
- AI search work: structured data, clear service and city pages, and consistent listings, so AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can find and describe your business. We check what they say about you once a month.
- Call and form tracking, so you can see every lead your site brings in.
- A plain-English report every month.
- Unlimited edits. Send us a change and we will make it within 72 hours.
Not included: Google Ads management, social media, and door knocking, yard signs, or flyers.
What it costs
$1,000 a month, flat. There are no setup fees and no per-lead fees.
You pay nothing while we build your new site. Billing starts the day your new site goes live. After that, we bill you once a month, in advance, by card through Stripe.
No contract
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time by sending us an email. Your service keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not give refunds for part of a month.
Who owns what
You own your domain, your website, your content, and your Google Business Profile. If you leave, we hand all of it over to you, including admin access. There are no exit fees.
One company per city
While you are a client, we will not work with any other painting company in your city.
What we don't promise
We do not promise a certain ranking on Google, a mention in any AI tool, or a certain number of leads. Nobody can honestly promise that. Results depend on your market, your competition, and things Google and the AI companies control. What we do promise: we do the work, and you see every call and form we bring in, every month.
What we need from you
- Access to your domain and your Google Business Profile. We will show you how to give it to us.
- Answers to our questions in a reasonable time, so the work doesn't stall.
- True and up-to-date information about your business, including your services, your licensing, and your insurance. We only publish claims like "licensed and insured" that you confirm in writing.
Privacy
We only use your information to do the work for you. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.
Changes
If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before then if it doesn't work for you.
